I have allergies to medical tapeeven paper tape and I have had no problem with this product. It sticks well and does not shift like other products that are by name the same but are not. I can keep it on for over 24 hrs with no problem even on my legs pulling up and down pants for going to the bathroom. I cut mine in half lengthwise and the peices still do great and it lasts longer that way. Also I can reuse them for a few days if I don't use it over 24 hrs each time. I keep the plastic backing I've cut off to keep it in good condition until I put it on again. Highly recommend this product. My scarring is bad and it will take a long time to fix so as to if it works...TBD. However, my surgeon recommended this product specifically by link.

A family member was going in for major surgery and I happened to see this. Had no idea of it at all but felt, for the price, considering surgical scars, it might be worth it. Got approval from the surgeon. Although it says you can wash and reuse it, I felt there was plenty of tape and that wasn't necessary. I cut pieces to fit over the fresh scars. There was no problem at all removing it after a few days. It doesn't have the pull that a bandage or medical tape has. I came away wishing I'd had it when I had a surgical procedure. In this case, I am sure it prevented scars from forming "lips" instead of lying smooth against the skin. After about six weeks there was fading and the scars were lying flat. Worth it!

The silicon sheet is great and it actually helps in lighting my scar just after 3 use and smooth my scar area.

Was recommended by my doctor post surgery saying it'll really help me reduce the scars. Have been using it for a week now, the packaging has really good instructions as well and the sheet sticks to the skin very well making it look as if it's a part of our skin itself.
