Once it is charged it is brilliant. Can charge our phones for ever..... Well it feels like it. It is heavy but is brilliant

I don't know if it's 50000 mAh
I have a Galaxy s23, and I charged it from 20% to 100%. The battery went down to 85% so that is 7500 mAh lost. The Galaxy S21 has 3900 mAh in its battery. So the 50000 mAh battery should only lose about 10%. The battery is still massive and has good capacity but I don't think it's 50000 mAh.

Good product!
This is my 2nd review due to when I 1st received the powerbank it definitely didn't seem like it was 50000mAh, after contacting the customer services they told me it needed to be changed & discharged a few times before it reaches optimal performance, I did exactly what they suggested &now it works as I was expecting! Great price & customer service team! 100% recommend!!

Hit and miss, returns policy attrocious
I have bought several of these over the years and it seems to be a lottery in terms of quality. One has been my faithful friend for 5 years and still holds good charge. Recently however the quality has plummeted. Either not holding charge or not recharging at all. If you want to return the item you have to print 2 labels and return at your own cost to Belfast. Royal mail won't take it and the best price I could find with a courier was almost as much as the item.. waste of time!

Good quality power bank not 50000mah
As the title says , power bank is not the 50000mah as rated , my Samsung galaxy S23 ultra battery is actually 5000mah , I ran the power bank completely empty ( I was able to get 3 full charges and the 4th charge got my phone to 65% ) ,,,, the power bank actually has a capacity of 12796mah ,,,, its still a decent power bank and has a decent price

Excellent power bank with super fast charging. My phone was losing a ton of charge on car journeys when I used Waze connected to the car's USB port This power bank has solved the problem. Very happy with it.
