Rolled the dice when I ordered these, merely hoping that they were going to be sufficient. Needed to lift an extremely large, awkward and heavy steel and tempered glass dining table onto furniture dollies, without having to disassemble it. The listing noted the strenghtened lifting foot as as well as the ability to control the speed of returning the jack to the floor. Ok, I took a shot. Let me tell you, these jacks were all I had hoped for and more! They are well constructed and function exactly as they were advertised. What a pleasant surprise. I can not vouch for the stated load rating because I don't know what the actual weight of this dining table is, but it came up on the jacks with minimal effort. This is a damn impressive tool.

Wonderful to have. Easy to use. Love that you can lower slowly, as some of the things I'm lifting are so heavy. I used to add dollies or felt pads underneath to slide around without damaging the floor. Wish I could rent these instead of buying them, but I used them at least 4 times and they will come handy in the future.

Would buy again.
