I bought these to give sweets as return gifts. Not only were these difficult to assemble, they were so flimsy and coming apart with the weight of stuff inside. I had to tape each box on all four sides to avoid the embarrassment of them opening and dropping the sweets

I was skeptical about ordering these because of a few reviews that talked about sturdiness and that they probably needed to be taped to prevent them from coming apart. But the price was right so I gave them a chance.I found both objections to be unsubstantiated and I think I know why those objections exist. First, the boxes are plenty sturdy for what they are intended to do. Obviously you don't want to stack heavy items on them ... these are tiny little boxes (I got the 4x4x2). I was able to stack 3 deep with no damage to the ones below. As for needing to tape them, if you pre -old on the creased lines ... make each fold a complete 180 degrees (flatten) then when you actually assemble the box all the tabs will hold. If you try to simply move each flap to the correct location without prefolding, then the flaps will not stay in place.I was able to stack two little tarts inside each box for a bake sale and my customers loved the presentation. The little Thank You stickers are a nice touch.

These boxes were easy to assemble and were the right size for packing smaller treats such as cookies or small cupcakes. The package comes with cupcake inserts to keep them in place or can be used with just the box alone. The boxes held very sturdy and as long as you use a sticker or piece of tape to keep the boxes shut you'll be fine!

It’s a great price for these boxes but they are a bit flimsy.

Love these boxes to give out cookies and cupcakes to my friends as “just because” gifts. And they have commented on how cute the boxes are!
