You can definitely start feeling the difference over time. It’s a really good product and very helpful. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Overall, it’s a good quality product, and I recommend it.

I believe I felt something from taking these, but it's kind of hard to tell, the placebo effect can be very real too. What I think I noticed was that I generally felt a bit more "up" in my mood, and had more of a desire to socialize and do things I enjoy doing. I've read that for most people, you have to take kanna for a little while before you really start feeling it, maybe I'm just now starting on the process of that.

Even at 2-3 times the recommended dose this just feels like you chewed some coffee beans. It seems like the black pepper extract is the only active ingredient to me.

Even taking 3 per day of these, for a few days in a row, I didn't feel like I could tell any noticeable effects at all. But these may still be a good option for someone that tried another Kanna and it was too much for them. We are all different, so if you tend to be more sensitive, I think it may be worth trying. Or if you're worried about Kanna being too strong for you to be functional. It does specify that this is a microdose, so perhaps I am misunderstanding and the point is for the effects to be extremely subtle. But I personally would not repurchase this.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. Kanna was new to me. It seems to have some effect for mood and energy. I didn't experience any GI issues or other adverse effects while taking this product.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 2/3 full.The Suggested Use is one capsules up to three times per day, in which case the bottle will last 20-60 days.The expiration date on mine is May 2026, so a little less than two years from now.The capsules have a very light herbal (?) scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page says organic, lab tested (does not indicate if it's 3rd-party), and non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their g1nutrition site is functional and informative, and has their phone number as well as an email address and a Contact form. Kanna is a new supplement for many, and they do a good job of sharing information about it, but I would also like to see information on their sourcing and manufacturing.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am intrigued by the supplement (though wish they didn't add to it the fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to).It's a decent price, especially if it ends up lasting 2-3 months, and it's nice to get a good product from an established company.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
