The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this chair! A couple of reviews said that it was too hard and uncomfortable. I have a spinal injury, and this is extremely comfortable for me. It is very firm. Personally, it has just the right amount of give when your weight is on it. It's not something that you will sink into. It provides perfect support for me. It looks great, and it's the perfect size for me at 5'11" and 165 lbs. It has adjustment options for height and reclining. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble. I have to also give customer service an A+. The right armrest had gotten squished a bit. Probably, the base rested against it when it was packed. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, and I quickly got the offer for either a 15% refund or a new arm... along with repeated apologies. I got the new arm very quickly with no problems at all. You can see everything in the attached video. I can't recommend this chair enough. It's absolutely perfect for me. When I need any more chairs for my YouTube channel, I will definitely want to purchase from this company again. I appreciate quality and style, but even more so, I appreciate customer service.

These gaming chair is comfortable and is quality made forsure and it’s real sturdy and looks great and the material is leather and it made great it was easy to put together and easy instructions and it leans back nice and I like the foot rest but more of a leg rest then a foot rest but still like but I do wish it was a longer foot rest forsure but comfortable and it’s stable and it’s very quiet and tilt goes all the way back 120 degrees. Also worth the price I got it for $91 usually it’s $180 glad I got it.

I've been using the N-Gen gaming chair for a while now and it's been a great addition to my setup. It’s very comfortable, especially for long workdays, and leans back surprisingly far — great for taking a quick break or stretching out. I'm 6'1" and the chair has a good default height for someone my size.Because I have a taller desk, I ended up buying a separate, taller hydraulic cylinder to lift the chair even higher. The swap was easy and seamless, and now it fits my workspace perfectly. Since adjusting it, I’ve noticed a big difference in how my back feels after long sessions — way less fatigue.The chair comes with a supportive pillow and a nice recline, and the leg rest is a comfortable touch too. However, if you’re taller (around 5'10" or above), you might find the leg rest doesn't extend out quite far enough to fully support your legs. It’s still usable, just something to keep in mind.Overall, it’s a great chair for the price — comfortable, versatile, and easy to tweak if you need to customize it a bit.

It’s a solid chair. The installation was pretty easy. It’s sturdy and has a nice look to it. This one had a better price than others and didn’t have that crazy $30 shipping fee iykyk.My issue is that it’s not as comfortable as I expected. It’s really firm and the shape of it is fixed, so there’s no give. It’s not uncomfortable, just not plush at all.I use it as a work chair after trying every business chair imaginable I wanted to try something new. The adjustments are nice as you can almost completely lay it down and the foot stool is a nice touch.

Ordered for my brother’s birthday and he is beyond happy with it! For 2 people, it took about 30 minutes to put together. It was quite simple. As far as everything else, the cushion is very comfy, the back rest is supportive, and the way you can adjust and lay back in it is great! It looks very slick, and fits in with his gaming setup perfectly.

Great chair. Firm and comfortable perfect if you have a bad back. The tilt and the leg rest are very comfortable. I’m 5,2 and this chair fits me very well. Might be a bit small for taller people. Simple to put together, parts feel very well made and metal parts are nice and heavy and feel durable. 10/10 would buy again.

Excellent ganing chair ! Took me about 40 min to put together on my own. But it's easy and very comfortable and hight quality. You can move it up or down and back or foward to your liking. I'm 6 ft and 195 lbs I sometimes kneel on the arm rest with my whole weight and it feels studier than anything. I don't see this chair breaking unless you jumped on the arm rest or did something to purposely break it. Company seems to be top quality with the chairs they're selling , I can respect that 🤝

I like this chair alot. Ive had it for quite some time now(* about a year) and its held up. I have had to retighten the screws one time. It is starting to lean some to the left not sure what thats about. The foot extension I do not care for its cumbersome, uncomfortable, and kind of low quality. As for the rest of the chair its wide, its very deep. It keeps you comfortable for hours gaming or working. There has been a few times I was in this chair 10+ hours and the bottom cushin kind of gets hard after a while. But with that amount of time it is to be expected from any chair. I am not small 230lb and very impressed with it holding up. I even had L3-S1 spine fusion and straight out of the hospital I was sitting in this chair with no pain. I was also using the arms to help me get in and out of it. It's not really designed for that amount of weight on the arms to get in and out of BUT it held up perfectly. So great chair. Some other reviews say it is loud. I get some noises here and there spinning around or changing weight alot but its very minimal. Im happy with it
