Solid Strong, Small, but Simple Tool, if you repair your own brakes you need one!
This tool is needed to turn and compress the rear brake piston on my 2007 Miata, and I never knew it existed until now. The piston on many brakes have unique patterns cut into them so you can turn and compress them, and to do this you have to have an expensive piston compression tool for your make of car. With this one inexpensive well made tool and a common socket wrench you have 6 sides each with different pegs to fit different makes of brakes. Now no matter what kind of car you are working on, if you have this simple tool you will be able to fit it to your cars brake piston. This was a great addition to my auto repair tool box.

Multiple sides for different sizes
Works as described. Cheap addition to the tool box and no more make shift tools to screw the caliper in. This worked great on my 2017 ford escape on the rear calipers. I recommend this product. You just need a 3/8s ratchet and 3/8s extension. If you are buying this you probably know how to change your brakes. If not I suggest YouTube videos first.

Cost effective option
If a medieval torture device and a Rubik's Cube had a baby and sent it to mechanic school, this little cube of justice would be the result. It looks like it, belongs in a wizard’s toolbox, but don’t be fooled, this thing gets those stubborn caliper pistons turning like butter on a Texas skillet. For the price, it’s practically a felony not to buy it. Sure, it's not made from unicorn tears like the fancy kits, but it does the job without draining your wallet or your soul. Just find the right side, twist with righteous fury, and boom, brake job bliss.

one is the same as the next
These brake tools are all about the same... 3/8" ratchet plugs into the hole, the tool engages the rear brake.

Sub-Optimal Solution
Got this to turn back rear caliper pistons on Audi C5 A6. Said it would fit. It didn’t. I tried every side of the cube without luck. Finally gave up and ran to Harbor Freight for a proper turn back tool set. That worked very well. Based on the amount of effort to turn back the caliper pistons with the right tool, I can’t imagine this tool finding success even with the right size. Would require more push pressure than can be mustered holding the caliper.I wouldn’t recommend this tool. Amazon has wind back tool kits for half what I paid at Harbor Freight, but needed immediately. I’d suggest just buying the right tool the first time.
