I bought this specific scale because i like the fact that i can pull it up to see stats closer to me than the other scales, (that was the main selling point for me).When weighing my stats, it don't seem to fluctuate much so there's nothing exciting to report.The app shows time as military time when showing your reports on the app. This annoys me since I can't change it, and, customer service never responds. I kept this scale because I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning, and, besides that I threw the box away after a couple weeks only then realizing the time problem. Otherwise it's OK I guess.Since purchasing there seems to be copy cat models and cheaper on that other site "t...".I'd reccomend shop around I paid too much for this. Wish I bought it cheaper. Can't vouch on accuracy either I'm gonna buy a cheap scale to see if I weigh much different. Will update if so...

I absolutely love this smart body fat scale. It records everything that I'm looking for and the information transfers to my phone so I will always be able to compare each time I step on the scale. I used to go to the gym for a full body scan but now I get to do it in the privacy of my home on my time. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed out of all the positive reviews. I was very excited to get the scale and really up my weight loss journey. The scale accurately displays my weight and can tell me the correct BMI once downloading the app but will not read anything else. I withdraw all of the videos and customer support and even though I was holding the handlebars correctly feet are placed in the proper position arms at the correct angle the machine just would not read my body.

This scale is easy to use! The results pop up very quickly! We are enjoying it.

Great scale with allot of analytics. I do question the numbers aside from the weight in comparison to my other smart scale. The weight is pretty accurate but there were bigger variances in the other numbers which make me wonder which smart scale (this or my other one (rephno)) has the more accurate readings. The report analysis of the fat and muscle percentages aren’t easy to understand and was unable to find much info in the instructions or online for a more comprehensive breakdown. For the price, each section should be broken down for anyone to understand.

Easy to use, and seems very precise

This scale was awkward when weighing b/c you had to get on it first, then bend down to pick up the handle. It always gave us an error saying we weren't still enough. For my husband, it gave all the parameters on the 1st day but only measured weight and BMI on subsequent days. It never gave me any other parameters except weight and BMI. The Bluetooth signal never connected unless you had your app opened and near the scale so it didn't sync with the app. There was no customer support; no 800 number, no email address. I used the app as they instructed to ask my questions and receive support. They did not respond after 7 days even when they say they'll respond within 3 days. The Fitdays app is okay but what's the point if the scale itself will not function properly. I returned this scale and got one (Eu*y) with WiFi connection and has worked as it's supposed to for 5 days now and for less money!
