The media could not be loaded. The fact that this tool doubles as both a pole saw and a handheld chainsaw makes it super convenient. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, and switching between the two modes is quick and easy. The 6-inch blade is just the right size for trimming branches without being too bulky. The rechargeable battery lasts longer than I expected. I managed to trim several trees on one charge. It cuts through medium-sized branches (up to 6-7 inches thick) pretty easily, but you might notice it slows down a bit on anything bigger.

Out of the box it is almost ready to use. The additional assembly of it is easy. It uses quick-release style clips to hook the body together. We have hedges in our garden that are shared with our neighbor that I try my best to keep on top of. It includes 2x rechargeable 2000mAh batteries that are easy to attach and remove, when needing to be recharged. They are actually able to be fully recharged in a few hours but we often get the job done with one battery. The chain is strong and agile and effortlessly cuts through the long wispy bits of the hedge which will grow through the thicker main body of it.This pole hedge trimmer does a great job at reaching the areas that I could only reach if using a ladder. It allows me to tidy up and square off the top of the hedge too. With a ladder, I am able to cut down my neighbour's side too (which usually earns me a 4x pack of beers from them!).A great kit overall, and a great price too. I highly recommend it.

This cordless pole chain saw is great value and cuts through moderate sized tree branches well. When used with extension pole the saw tends to judder and shake and can be difficult to control. On several occassions the chain detached. Battery life good. My only niggle was when first unpacked one of the batteries had damage to the end casing but nevertheless worked. Overall I would recommend this product.

Absolutely rubbish.Battery life less than 5 minutes cheap plastic don't waste your money

Having used this for the first time my main observation is that it is potentially dangerous when hand held. On releasing the trigger the blade takes a few seconds to stop, and my fingers had a narrow escape. It cuts very well, but has a tendency to judder, and even jump if it hits a knot. I found it was best to hold smaller branches firmly with my other hand before cutting.But, it does cut well. Haven’t tried with the extensions yet, nor test battery life. However, take great care when using it hand held.I have now tried it with the extension, and once was enough. There is no way to control it and prevent it from snatching and jumping off the cut. It is easier to control without nthe extension.

Enabled me to do a years worth of hedge and tree cutting in about a week!Saved a fortune and paid for itself on day one as a tree I needed cutting back would usually have cost £150 for the work needed.I estimate after two weeks to have saved £1000 inTree surgeon costs.Easy to use and very powerful.Easy to tighten and adjust/replace chain if necessary.Good battery life , much better than advertised.Very easy to extend with pole extension for cutting high branches.Very surprised at the thickness of branches and trunks this goes through like a knife through butter.Top tips;To stop juddering, position chain so that branch is against chain stop.To tighten chain, loosen main nut before adjusting small screw.Overall: outstanding value and incredible performance!
