Fresh bananas seem to go bad so quickly! But, with this powder in the cupboard I can always make a delicious banana protein shake without worrying about the state of bananas from the market! Tastes good, like a banana should, and has not clumped up. It's a winner and solved the banana shake problem here!

I'm happily using this in shakes, and I can now make my own banana milk! However, I was hoping to use this in cocktails, but the attempt failed due to the immense amount of clumping (making a paste ahead of time might work?). I deducted a star because the package should emphasize that an electric mixer will be necessary to properly incorporate this powder into other things. Mixing only by hand won't work, unless you're adding it into something hot perhaps. Most people won't have experience with freeze-dried items, which is why getting expectations in place and setting customers up for success by a couple of sentences on the back would help.

I just received this today. When I oprn it I was shock that it was not full or atleast mid full. So disappointed 😞. I made some smoothie added one table spoon in a half with vanilla almond milk with a hint of nutmeg, vanilla and and cinnamon powder. I taste the cinnamon and nutmeg more then banana. I didn't want to use a lot because there isn't that much to spate. I really wanted to like this because finding banana powder in a natural state is hard to find. I love bananas and make almost everything with bananas. I think I am going to buy organic banana extract instead.

didn't feel like it contributed any flavor to my protein shakes. Company shows they accept returns, but you have to reach out them directly on their website. I still have yet to receive a response. So don't buy it if you aren't 100% commited.
