I like that it takes the pressure off of my wrist when doing planks.

elboe pad.
The elbow pad is too flat and could very well (more likely than not) lead to injury. I dare not use it again after trying it on the floor and yoga mat.

It works OK, but making squeaky noise on the wheel
The knee matt provided was a joke. Very thin and small. I have to put a towel until it so it won't hurt my knees. The machine works OK, but it starting to make squeaky noise when moving. I will still keep it, but not too please with it.
