I received it yesterday afternoon. It arrived sooner than I expected. I got it to see if it would help me relax, and calm my anxiety. I was surprised that it actually helped.

I guess I'm wired differently...
I bought this because my go-to sleep aid, Banyan Botanicals "I sleep soundly," is currently unavailable. The reviews seem to suggest that this is a great substitute. I took two last night, and they were *totally* ineffective.I think my clue should have been customers saying, "It works great anytime of day." Hmm. What exactly does that mean? I don't want to sleep any time of day.So, I dunno. I would not recommend it.
