Bought for my son in law as a way to de-stress from his hectic job and to keep him in shape. I put water in the base and was super easy to do. Was a fast set up. I used a small air compressor to fill. It stands tall at 69". The poly vinyl on this bag is a good thickness, but just with anything else it can get punctured so there is a few repair patch included. One good point about this particular bag is it will be super easy to put away when not used for any reason. It will fold flat and fit under a bed. That was why I used water and not sand. With sand it only makes the weight 20 lbs more. It does have a good quality feel about the material.This particular bag can be used for any kind of punching or kicking exercise. The base holds its place at about 27&1/2 "wide and doesn't get moved with alot of hitting force and the bag does bounce right back after being hit or kicked. So I would definitely advise anyone to purchase one for a good full workout at home. So worth the small price. My daughter ended up using it as well. Awesome

The media could not be loaded. The boxing bag ripped apart after ONLY 3 months. It’s past the “Return window” but it ripped apart! Buyer beware. I’ll reach out to the seller as I believe that the product should last for years not three months

I have never had a punching bag, of any variety, or even a membership to any gym that had punching bags. Likely, someone with experience will have other thoughts on how things compare, but for me, this thing is great.There's just something viscerally more engaging about punching at a moving target that makes it easy to keep the workout going in a way that shadow boxing or just going through the motions ever will be.Easy to inflate. Large cap to put sand or water in the base to weight it down. It even came with a few patches for repair if the air ever leaks. I've had mine for months and haven't sprung a leak yet. It needs to be topped off with air occasionally, but that's just the same as any inflatable that sees hard use (like your yoga ball or the tub that gets pulled behind a speedboat, you know the drill, they all need topped off even when there isn't a leak).

You get what you pay for. It works for a light workout

This product can be used by both adults and children, is easy to assemble, and the quality is worth the price.

Haven't gotten the chance to add sand to it because I've purchased several funnels that sand won't seem to flow through. Better for outdoor use so that the hose can be hooked up to add water to the bottom. Its great in height and blows up easily whether with mouth or machine purchased separately.

We need a bit of fun for exercise and this punching stand meets all our expectations. We added water so not that heavy to move around in the garage, stand well not falling around when punching it, kids love it.

We received the product. Proceed to fill with sand. The fill place was super tiny and it took forever to put sand in it.Within 2 hours of our 9 year old son using it, there was a tear in the seam from the base to the top so the top would not longer hold air. We attempted to get a refund but they wanted us to return it. We couldn't get the sand back out without cutting the base open. Plus we wanted to keep the 30 dollars in sand we just spent.Of course no luck in getting just our money back without returning even though we attempted to explain that.
