Unnecessary Nightmare
This machine has been a NIGHTMARE! I would not recommend to anyone looking to actually enjoy your coffee. I received a clearly returned machine and am unable to return it. The machine came filled with dust and required a deep clean upon opening. I should’ve trusted my gut and immediately sent it back. I’ve had this for less 60 days and the coffee was never hot (had to reheat every cup I made immediately after brewing) and bow the machine is permanently jammed. I have no idea how to fix the issue or where the jam even is. Because the machine does not have a display I had to download the app to try and diagnose the problem. To my unfortunate surprise, the machine was already registered to someone else. I tried pairing it to my account and it will not work. This has all been one big nightmare. Wish I’d bought something else.

Poor product the third party has made poor decision in reimbursing me the full price of the product.
