Branded fans are better. Not well made. Fan blade does not fit properly on the axle due to slight misalignment of grooves causing vibrations.

Quite loud, not too loud but louder than I expected. Twice as loud as a ceiling fan. Metal frame is good. Very powerful fan.

The Fan comes in parts, so you got to assemble it which is satisfying itself. The body of the fan is sturdy and doesn't look cheap. The fan's speed, sweep, and oscillation range is awesome works beyond expectations. Currently using it at lowest speed and still getting more air flow in the room. Though it comes with plastic grill and locks instead of regular steel grill and locks clips which makes it easy to clean and light weight and rust free. Size is sufficient, not too small, just right. Do buy without second thought. The best feature I like in it is dual regulator, you don't have to pull that string everytime to get to the lowest speed from the top speed. It has 321 and 123 speed regulator.
