I have Ulcerative Colitis and my gut is super sensitive. I have used a lot of supplements and still do. I was cautious and read some of the negative reviews so I wasn’t sure if the product was very good. I have to say it works well. It has a strong smell and is a very unique flavor. But if you have stomach issues like I do it’s great. I would start with 1/2 a scoop to see how you feel first. But I happy to say it’s not a crappy supplement like a lot of other supplements on the market.

Made me itch! Made my stomach and head hurt! Awful product do not consume ! Something is very wrong with it . Cannot return either. I've took several herbal remedies in my day and I've never experienced a reaction like this one.

I take this for improved fertility and to stay "good" below. It seems to work really well for that. It's taste isn't the greatest but the effects are so I will keep taking it.

So, I read the other reviews on this, and they actually scared me off of trying this for the longest time. Acrid? Bitter? I'm very sensitive to flavors like that, so I was convinced I wouldn't be able to choke this down, even if it was the best thing in world for me. This worry was made worse when I finally had a stomachache bad enough to drive me to try this and I opened it... it doesn't really smell great. I decided to give it a try anyway, by the sink, ready to pour it out (or spit it out) if needed. It surprised me though - it's actually pretty close to tasteless. What little flavor it has isn't even that unpleasant? It's almost like unsweetened tea, but worse, and faint. It does seem to have some positive digestion effects, so I guess I'll be turning to this when I have an upset stomach.

It is very, VERY bitter. I don't think I will be able to drink it at all.

I had such high hopes for this product. I tried it in water. I almost choked!!! I have never had something so bitter I literally screamed. So i tried it later with juice hoping it would drown out the taste but nope still bitter. Dang i was so hopeful. What a waste

I wish i would have read all the reviews before buying this.What ingredient makes it so bitter? i have use slippery elm bark plain and it is not bitter at all and is quite pleasant. I cannot work out what makes this so bitter. I tried desolving in sweet juice and could not disguise the acrid taste. Cannot return either.
