Brilliant piece of kit. Has served me very well during the heatwave. This is the second year I’ve had it and it’s done the job perfectly.

Good quality air conditioner. Easy to setup and connect to the app. Quickly improved our upstairs temperature. Only giving 4 stars as it didn’t come with a window kit, or anything to drain the water into.

Pros:Quite good at heating (or at least taking the chill off) a large room.Cons:Very noisy, with a condenser unit that emits a clockwork whirring sound. Difficult to hold a conversation above the noise, and reading is impossible.Wireless app is mostly greyed out (on/off only, and sometimes that doesn’t work).No response to email about the above matters and replacement/return. Wish I’d bought from Amazon as I usually do rather than direct.

I'm somebody who agonises long and hard over big money purchases, and spent weeks researching AC units.I wanted a powerful enough unit that wasn't overly noisy and at a decent price. This ticks all the boxes !It has a good build quality and is ready to use out of the box requiring very little assembly. It has castor wheels but it's fairly heavy so a 2 person job if taking upstairs. The controls are very easy to pick up with a control panel on the unit, and a remote control with batteries included.There's three speed settings and an exhaust hose of decent length. As someone sensitive to loud noises myself, I know how this can be an issue for many folks.However using a DB counter app while standing 2ft away, I measured the sound levels at 50.3 (Low), 53.4 (Med) and 55 (High). You could definitely hear the telly over this.Don't look any further, delighted with this purchase.

I wanted the quietest unit I could get and chose this one as its advertised with a 49db noise output. When it arrived, the product sheet states 'sound power level 65db' as shown on the attached. so its no quieter than any of the others. I havent switched it on yet so I cant comment on the quality but just for the misinformation alone its getting one star.if its noisy its going straight back for a full refund

Great AC, really cools down the room. The only thing is the louvres are not operated by the remote as shown in picture of the remote, they are moved manually, which you only find out when you read the instructions after you receive the. AC unit
