Comfortable Fit
Just received my vest yesterday. I was diagnosed with mild osteoporosis and am determined to increase my bone density without taking medication. I am 5'4, 136 pounds. I wear a 36-B bra, so I'm pretty small on top. I do have some midruff bulge - (an awful new development in my life once I hit my late 50's!). I normally wear a Small in shirts, though depending on the cut, I sometimes will go with XS or Medium or Petite Medium. My torso is on the short side. I am a 6 in most pants - occasionally an 8. But pant size really doesn't matter with this vest. I originally bought the Small. It wasn't terrible ... it did fit, though it felt a bit snug when zippered and there wasn't much leeway in the velcro belt portion ... I was almost to the edge. There is a decent amount of stretch to the vest, but still, it felt a bit tight so I exchanged it for the Medium. I was concerned it might be too loose, but it's perfect. It's still fits snug to the body - which is what you want with this kind of vest - but it doesn't feel too snug. If I had a bigger chest, I might even be able to go with a Large. The weights are great, pretty easy to insert into the pockets, though some of the pockets take longer to work with, as another review stated. I walk a lot and am fairly fit for a 61 year old, but I never did much with weights. (just some girly push-ups and some tricep exercises with 5 lb weights). I started the vest with 3 pounds and it feels very easy. I will give it a few days and then move up to 4 lbs. I am sure in a month or so I will want to buy additional weights so that I can continue to increase - hopefully up to the full 8 lbs that this vest can accommodate. You couldn't use more than the 8 lbs. because the additional weights wouldn't fit in the pockets. It seems like it will be too hot to wear during heat waves in the summer. I wear it with a tank or t-shirt underneath ... it seems like it would be uncomfortable and sweaty by itself. Others may disagree, though. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Ingenious Thin Weight Pads, but Still feels Like a Backpack: Need Weight in Front
The design of the weight thins is ingenious. However the sizing and material of the vest is awkward, as well as the distribution of the weights. I'm 4' 9.5" and weigh 108 lbs, wearing a 34a bra. I have a broad back and shoulders. I ordered a small vest which was way too tight. One buyer said she was 130lbs and 36B and ordered a small. I don't see how it fit. The fabric is very thin and stretchy. Way to thin to support the weights, so it sags. I returned the small and ordered a medium. It was Way too big, even wearing over a pullover sweater, and the whole thing sags. However, I decided to keep it so that I can make adjustments and reinvent it to my own design using another vest made of more durable material that fits me well. Again, the weight thins are ingenious. I put the vest on backwards with the weight in the front, and it was so much more ergonomic. With the weight more to the front, the body naturally straightens up, using core muscles and legs. And I no longer have the strain on my injured neck and shoulders. I agree with one buyer who said the vest as it is designed felt like a toddler hanging off her back. The weights are are placed on top of the shoulders, and centered down the back, with some on the hips. It pulled on my neck and shoulders just like a back pack and I started with only 2 lbs because I'm small, and wore it for 20 minutes around the house. There is just too much weight down the back - it is not distributed evenly through out the vest. Some weight needs to be in the front. Great idea overall, but the delivery and vest design and sizing still needs work. I bought it due to diagnosis of bone density loss: my doctor wanted me to walk while carrying 2 2lb weights. Walking while carrying weights in your hands is actually very ergonomic, but it gets tiring holding the weights and your hands are not free. You feel the support in your upper body and core, and NOT down the spine.

Good looking and comfortable!
I really like how this vest fits, looks and distributes the weights. I love that it doesn't look like a weight vest and covers my middle and top half, so to speak. The waist belt makes it feel supportive as well. A very good purchase as far as I'm concerned.

Some missing feataures - weights fall through & no cellphone pocket
Well, I wanted to love this product. On the good side, the small fits my frame (petite) very well. But I can't figure out how to insert the weights without them falling through the pockets in the back!!! Then, it is disappointing that with all these weight pockets, there is not one for your cellphone which is a must-have safety feature on a walk/run. For now, I am safety-pinning the weights into the back pockets. So much for a sleek design. ;( I also couldn't find on the website any suggestions on how to place the weights as you work your way up. Meaning, best place to put weights when starting with just 2 lbs of weight. Darn. It was so close.

Good for weighted therapy
Actually bought this to try for my adult son who is on the spectrum. He says that it is very useful for pressure therapy that he can wear under/or over other shirts. It fits over a t-shirt and under a flannel shirt or even a dress shirt easily. So to be clear, he can wear an undershirt, the weighted vest, and a dress shirt and look like he is only wearing a dress shirt. This vest apparently makes crowds more manageable for him.

A must for vertigo episodes
I’m in love with this vest. We have tried all kinds of weighted belts, blankets, mats ant etc for my vertigo episodes and this is an easy on and off concept. I flew to Europe with it on and only took it off for the long 8hr flight for a couple of hours but it was comfortable enough to keep almost all day. It also provides a sense of compression which helped me with anxiety.

Fell apart after just 20 uses
The media could not be loaded. Not well designed because it doesn’t wear well when I added the additional weight above 4 pounds. It doesn’t fit well either.
