Immediately when she saw the box she said, “His hair is wrong. It’s supposed to be pink, not brown.” Ha, ha. Other than that, she tells me that these two characters look good.The instructions for building these 2 sets are really clear and easy to follow. They’re printed on both sides of a large glossy paper that’s folded up small. I really prefer when they’re bound into a booklet.I really like that the bags are labeled A and B so you know which ones go for each character. Unfortunately, the 4 bags each per character are not sorted according to step. So from the beginning of building 1 character, you have to open all 4 of his bags.I love love that the flat pieces that have the characters’ faces on them are printed! You don’t have to mess around with adding stickers because the face is already printed right on the piece.I’m only missing 1 small piece. But I’m not going to fault the product for that because it’s very possible that I lost the piece myself after opening the bags. And the set came with a couple random extra pieces.These fake Legos are completely compatible with real Lego pieces.

My boys are working on collecting all of these kits so they can decorate their whole room in these characters. The kits are entertaining and yet- simple enough to enjoy but hard enough to find entertaining and hold their attention. They actually will work together to build the guy as a tiny little team and enjoy spending time together. The characters are actually pretty sturdy after building as one fell to the floor and didn't shatter into pieces and we didn't use model glue. Great kit! (Boys ages 13 & 16)
