This can will give me 60 servings, and since I only work out twice (sometimes three times) a week on a HIT routine, it will last me a good long time, making it an excellent value. The scoop is included. The powder itself is a pure white, slightly sweetish, and a tad gritty, but pleasant enough to just drop on your tongue and wash down with water. There's a teensy bit of a bitter aftertaste that way, but it also mixes easily in water or other liquids. Mixed into a smoothie or shaken up in a cup with some protein, you won't even know it's there. I'm really glad to have this back in my routine.
