The composition is poor. I thought its just placebo while trying new pre workout but I consecutively felt serious crash after 2 hours of taking it.They claim its slowly getting down but its the opposite..Sometimes even during the workout i felt the crash while other times while returning back from gym. I felt dull, negative, sleepy kinda.Its my own opinion based what I felt. After using it for a week.

My skin feels very normal after using this, haven't got any skin irritation. 100% recommended
