Buy from a reputable drug company!
It did not control my blood sugar! It did absolutely nothing for it and by the time l realized it was not working and l checked the ingredients in it , it was too late to do anything about it! It was a waste of money. I have come to the conclusion it is better to buy from a company website because most of them have a 90 day money back guarantee if it does not work for you; no questions asked.

No real benefits
The only good thing about this is it does not taste bad. Beyond that I did not find any of the health benefits described on the packaging or the description after taking it for three months.
