This little ball while great for its actual purpose as a Pilates tool is quite difficult to blow up fully given the way the air hole is designed. I tried multiple times and just couldn’t act quickly enough before some air came out so I basically perpetually have a somewhat flat ball. Maybe others have a better hack to pin the ball without too much air escaping.

This drastically helped speed up my physical therapy at home on days I didn't have outpatient PT appointments.

The Pilates Ball is a nice addition to your gym as it aids fitness strength, mobility & resistance endurance. Comes with a metal straw to inflate ball which is quick and effortless. You can adjust the amount of air to create the size you prefer. I like the size as it is easy to hold, very functional. The texture thickness of the ball does not appear very thick so will see how it will hold.

Got this to practice physical therapy at home since I used it at the clinic. Blew it up so it was a little soft. Would be tough to make it totally firm. It is still about the same after a couple of months. I have not had to blow it up again.

I owned a bender ball when they first came out. I wanted one of these to help my core. I love it~

Item is oily. Oil stays on fingers, and maybe would stain garment if used. And There are several stretches of dark discoloration when inflated. Don't buy. Item is going to the bin, I don't know what that oily chemical is.. I don't want this on my skin.
