Excellent nebuliser
The media could not be loaded. I have used Medisana products before and they have always been of excellent build and quality. I needed a nebuliser that was small and portable, but most importantly hands free. This nebuliser can be used totally hands free; important for me because when I have a coughing fit, I sometimes immerse myself in hot water; it helps open arteries and airways and with the Medisana I can use it in the bath. I have found it helps me tremendously, allowing me to go several hours without any more trouble; enough to get me off to sleep.A 4ml solution lasts about 10 minutes and a 6ml solution around 15 minutes. I will get around 3 - 4 uses before I need to recharge. The black case is something I had laying around for a couple years, glad I found a use for it finally.I would recommend this nebuliser especially for travel or away from home in backpack usage.

A serious modern alternative to traditional nebulisers
This is a great piece of medical equipment. No longer tied with tubing to the noisy, cumbersome traditional mains powered air pumps nebulisers. Providing the patient is ok with plugging in the USB lead to a suitable standard USB charger outlet for a few sessions use. I estimate you can vaporise 5 full 6ml tanks on a single charge. Each 6ml lasts around 15 minutes. It operates silently using ultrasonic vibrations. So no disturbance to others in the vicinity. It has a simple push button to start or stop the machine. There is a green indicator light (but unfortunately it cannot be seen by the user whilst wearing it).It is very well made in China. It is not a cheap or tacky construction. It is clearly a very high quality, serious medical product. It comes with a standard adult face mask, a child size mask and a mouthpiece so plenty of options to choose from. It takes less than an hour to charge from the USB. The green light flashes to indicate charging in progress. Stops flashing when battery is full.It is clearly made for the world market. It comes with a vast array of separate instruction sheets which literally occupy a third of the entire box! The English sheet opens out to full A4 size. It is huge and frankly a bit hard to take in fully, just because it is so extensive. I cannot understand how such a simple and straight forward product needs such a huge instruction sheet. It goes into great detail about cleaning and sanitising etc.Anyway, apart from the mammoth instructions which must consume half a forest of trees to make, it is a superb, convenient and easy to use quality product. I am very impressed with the attention to detail in the design. The medication tank contains up to 6ml. It has a clever flip down lid which prevents accidental spillage. The tank has a minuscule air inlet vent hole at the top. However, the hole is so incredibly small that it prevents any liquid escaping (even if you accidentally turn it upside down). It works fine with either standard saline or with active prescribed medication such as Ventolin. An excellent device giving true freedom to move around and silent operation. Recommended.

A very useful and convenient device
I'm quite impressed with the Medisana IN 700 inhaler. It works really well. It's small and lightweight, so you can easily use it while you're doing something else around the house or take it with you while travelling. It has a USB-C port for recharging, and you don't have to worry about buying disposable batteries. The reservoir is tight to prevent leaks. It has a long enough lasting battery for several uses, and error messages with different colors are displayed on the LED screen. Pressing the power button starts self-cleaning, and when the reservoir is empty, auto standby goes on.This medical device would be ideal for children, as they can carry on playing without having to be stuck in the same place while having their treatment. It comes with two face masks in different sizes, one for adults and one for children. My only niggle is the big amount of paper used for the instructions of this product, which take up almost half of the box space. They do come in lots of different languages. But is this necessary nowadays?

Totally tinytastic
This inhalator is small, like really quite small.I'm not sure why as it's dwarfed by the masks (one adult and one child mask included, along with an inhalator tube.It charges properly (flashing light while charging which goes out when charged) using a supplied USB C lead.It has a small removable section containing both the inhalant chamber and the output, to mask or inhalation, tube - for cleaning purposes. It is, to my ears, silent in operation and the masks come with straps to hold them on, ssay, a head, if required. It produces a fine inhalation mist.It comes in what appears to be a pretty robust and 'waterproof' drawstring 'medisana' branded bag, which appears to be large enough to contain the nebuliser, both masks, and more. It is quite a large bag considering the diminutive size of the nebuliser, possibly to aid in making access easier. It works well, and in my opinion the only negative is that half the box it comes in is filled with folded up paper manuals, in multiple languages, 13 of them, which seems to me to be verging on the absurd.
