I like this ring for the fact that it tracks my sleep and it has a long charge life. My watch can track my sleep but it always dies before I even go to bed so that’s useless. When I ordered this I read that they were working on the temperature feature but so far no. It tracks your temp when you’re asleep but I want to know other times. Especially when I’m not feeling well it would be nice to know if I’ve got a fever. I do like the fact that there’s no subscription to use the app like other rings do. That was the main selling point for me. Also the stress level is nice to know. And it gave me an alert the other day that my heart rate was elevated. I wouldn’t have known otherwise. So it’s a pretty good ring. Get the temperature feature to work and I’ll give it 5 stars.

First of all I picked the first gen RingConn as my budget option for a smart ring.No subscription, ring fits and looks good, all sorts of useful information. It fits super well and I don’t feel it while I’m sleeping.It has been fantastic to be able to see information about my health in such an easy layout. The app works well and it connects with no issues on demand.Lots of useful information if you know how to read it! You can even export your data to organize it in your own way as well!I would definitely pick this ring over others as a budget minded and someone who likes data.Ring looks nice and nobody even realizes it’s a smart ring unless the LEDs are flashing but as I said before I honestly forget this is on half the time.

I’ve been wearing the ring for about a week. I loved the idea of it and that there was no subscription fee but the readings are wildly inaccurate for me. The heart rate monitor doesn’t come close to showing my actual heart rate and says my heart rate is always low and normal even when it’s racing. The sleep monitor says I’m asleep when I’m not. It also doesn’t read my O2 levels accurately. I have no idea if the stress measurement is accurate because nothing else is matching up with manual readings and devices at my doctors office. I do have Reynaud’s so I don’t know if that’s an issue but overall I’m disappointed. I do think it’s comfortable and has good battery life. I prefer wearing it instead of a watch but overall this ring doesn’t work for me.

Having used the ring size kit before I ordered this was great. The size that I ordered fit great. The ring does a good job of tracking sleep, heart rate, steps, stress level, and oxygen. It also gives you weekly reports as to how you did compared to previous weeks. It is not as bulky as wearing a watch, but is larger than a regular size ring. I still like wearing this better than a watch.

Cheap to buy, fast delivery, easy to use - did exactly what was required.

Pays to try different sizes on different fingers, as in my case, each finger suited a different size ring. Also recommend wearing the test ring throughout a whole day as I found my normal ring finger was uncomfortable after a few hours, whereas my middle finger (which is larger) felt less discomfort, but this took time to discover. Index finger caused too much interaction with objects as they are gripped throughout the day. Settled on middle finger but only after a day of testing.
