Bought this for camping in which it worked great (although it needs FULL sunlight during the day to charge fully without help from an outside source) but I've gotten the best use from it right on the back porch at home! If you buy some attracting gel or pads you could get even better results but by itself it does excellent and unlike me it lasts all night!

Love how effective it is at killing those pesky mosquitos. It is so wonderful to be able to finally go out to my back yard and not be eaten alive. They zap all the bugs and after 2 days, I am finally safe and not scratching. Bonus is it provides a buffet for the geckos that chill out in my back yard every morning.

It works well enough for the money but would be nice if the C USB also worked as a charger doesn't take long for the solar to charge it and last quite a bit

This solar bug zapper was alright compared to the other one that I had where the solar panel is on top of the unit; this one you have to open up the flaps to receive charges. I noticed that the battery at full charged doesn't stay on that long, average about 4 hours after dusk. I had purchased this because of where I live there's many mayflies and mosquitos seems to collect more mayflies than mosquitos. I am curious how long the battery will last, haven't had long enough to give any more than 3 stars.

Lightweight, rechargeable with solar or USB. Seems easy enough to clean. I have used a more expensive plug in brand in the barn for years and I am excited about having this for camping and areas on the property where plugging in isnt an option. Tempted to order another.
