I once worked at a full service garage and in that time became familiar with Snap-on and Matco tools and the difference they make. Now I am a Journeymen Tool and Die Maker and thus dont use handtools enough to warrant spending the sums of money those truck brands want. However I still want something that is going to last a lifetime and performs well. SK products are the perfect balance of quality and cost. Definitely better then Craftsmen in form and function and on par with truck brands in function. Form is where you sacrifice when compared to truck brands. Take a close look at SK tools and you will notice the occasional burr under the chrome or stamping that isnt a consistent depth. No matter to me though! Tools still look great, feel great, and function wonderfully.

I ordered both standard and metric sets and I was impressed they are like a work of art! For the price these can not be beat. I looked at the wright and these forMonths before finally ordering these and I have to say I could not be happier they are snap on quality and have great feel to them. I'm sure the wrights are equally as nice but they were almost double the price for the standard set . Order these you will not be disappointed .

I love SK tools. The wrenches look amazing. The 13mm broke instantly. It was way too hard, it broke like glass with no effort. Nobody wants to replace it.

I bought this kit hoping it would be some of the last US made SK tools. Nope. They are China made and China grade tools at US tool pricing levels. Great Star bought and shut US production for Shop-Vac and SK Tools. They have that ugly chrome finish and sharp edges of what you find at a big box store. Very disappointed. SK made great tools at a reasonable price for a 100 years.

The media could not be loaded. The wrenches in question were marketed as products proudly crafted in the United States. After purchasing this wrench set and carefully inspecting its contents, I discovered a discrepancy: only 6 out of the 15 wrenches bear the "USA" stamp, indicating their origin. It is my observation that this set may consist of a blend of both new and older stock, resulting in variations in engraving and overall quality between the domestically produced wrenches and those lacking the "USA" stamp.I hold a firm belief that the non-stamped wrenches are being manufactured abroad, given that SK Tools underwent acquisition by a Chinese entity, which has since commenced offshore production of these wrenches. Consequently, I regard this situation as a case of misleading advertising. My dissatisfaction with this situation is significant, and I am prepared to escalate this matter by lodging a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to ensure that such discrepancies are addressed appropriately.

These combination wrenches are a great buy for the price and they're still made in the USA. I was a little worried about purchasing them since they are now are owned by ideal but they seem to still be top notch. I am slowly converting my tool collection over from craftsman since they started to make their tools in china. People really need to look at where their tools are made and make an effort to support American manufacturing. Sk tools may be slightly higher priced than craftsman but it is well worth the few extra bucks. I've also read that some people are not happy with the warrantee since ideal took over but when was the last time a hand tool really failed when it was used properly? Don't hesitate to purchase an SK tool I would highly recommend them the fit and finish are exceptional for the price.

Very nice USA made metric wrench set. The wrenches all looked good and the chrome finish looked perfect on all the wrenches. They feel good in your hand and look great. I would recommend these if you want a nice set of American made wrenches!
