I was looking for pumpkin & sunflower seeds for nutrition and was happy to find these Kind bars.I normally just have water or tea at work. These bars are a nice addition. Half for breakfast & the other half for lunch. They taste great and have the nutrients I was looking for.

They taste great. Fresh and good quality. Not a single stale nut.

I love to eat one of these spand a mini Lara bar for breakfast or a snack

There full of flavor

yum yum yum. The Sunflower seed ones are my favorite. better than a snickers bar! Not as sweet which is fine for me. KIND continues to live up to their hard earned reputation for quality whole foods at a good price. In this price range, it is hard to beat kind. for example whole almonds in many of there products. Really hard to find. They have developed the economies of scale to be able to do this.

I loved the variety of flavors & a great source of fiber

Yes these things taste great are good for you help with your munchies and are healthy while they're doing it but they are very pricey and much smaller than what they used to be in my opinion so I gave them three starsWould I buy them againYes but maybe only one box instead of spending almost a hundred bucks of my own money just to compare them side by sideOh and by the wayThe cranberry and the orange ones were the ones we liked the best
