This Skinny Food Syrup, Sugar Free Maple Syrup is delicious!!! It isn't overly sweet and doesn't have any horrible "fake sugar" after taste to it. The fact it is low/zero calorie is a HUGE bonus for me (I'm always battling with weight and healthy eating but have a really terrible sweet tooth!). This Skinny Food Syrup, Sugar Free Maple Syrup gives my morning porridge a lovely splash of flavour and makes the gruel so much more appetising! ;) It's never going to compare to super sweet, calorific, genuine, real, syrup straight from the Maple Trees but among the "things that are healthier alternatives than the original" world this is a very good compromise! I prefer this Maple Syrup flavour much more than the Golden Syrup variety but that's just my personal preference. If you're "watching what you eat" then give this a try! ;)

Love this product and it tastes amazing. I use it in my overnight oats and with no calories it’s great for adding flavour without adding calories. Fabulous if you are on a diet.

This has been a good change from the original and doesn’t effect my sugar levels

I guess it is modelled on the gunk they put on pancakes in the USA - not the Canadian maple syrup from actual trees. It is sweet and Keto-friendly, and not unpleasant, but not something I'll buy again in a hurry.
