I ordered this for my daughter in law as a gift. She is currently in dental school and needs it. It came in a manilla envelope. Since the book itself is paperback, there are some creases and bent areas from the handling. If it were for myself I would not care much, but it is for a gift. I would like a more "new-like" appearance.
