I got this for my office at work and it was easy to assemble and is comfy for people to sit on when they come it to se me.

Needed a good chair for the waiting room that is not too low. This definitely fits the bill. Solid construction and has some good weight to it. A little heavy but still easy to move around. Instructions are a bit tiny and the bolt package could have been marked better. This chair is larger than most but for a waiting room is the perfect size.

Heavy steel, solidly made, cushions covered in heavy black vinyl. Meant to last a long time. Easy to put together with all the tools you need included (but if you have a hex ratchet, this is a good time to use it). Unlike other reviewers, I think this is the most comfortable chair I own. I like that it's firm and well padded, which is good for the posture. Sleek and attractive for its intended use.

All the things that are aesthetically pleasing about the waiting area of a top-level law firm or physician's office, but functional as well. A match of comfort as well as looks. Very easy to put together. Durable, reliable, comfortable once it's actually assembled.Worth noting that this chair has only received a single one-star review to date. It's written in Spanish, I'm bilingual, so I can give you the short version. Basically the reviewer inappropriately gave this chair a one-star review simply because they thought they were getting EIGHT chairs instead of one. That's right, they thought they were getting - for who knows what reason - eight beautiful office waiting chairs for about $30 a piece. Ridiculous. I suppose they noticed one of the product photos that shows what a waiting room would look like if it had multiple chairs in it. Did they also think they were getting the waiting room tables and the desk that appear in the picture? That does such a disservice to the brand that some reviewer came up with this bizarre idea that a box of eight professional chairs was about to show up on their doorstep. Anyway, just thought I would clarify why this product has a one-star review, since it's possible many potential buyers can't read a review written in another language.It's a wonderful chair, and worth the asking price.

We used this in a medical office- the chair was not sturdy and had a wobble to it. We asked to return it within the allowed time frame, which they approved- however shipping it back at our own expense which would have been over 150.00 in shipping which is more than half of what we paid for it. Big disappointment on a chair that we cannot use in our office- complete waste of money and total loss.

Great Chair

I think this chair for the price is just ok. for close to $300, I would say there are better options. For that you can likely find a chair from a more desirable brand than bush furniture. I was dissapointed that when I put the chair on the floor, it seemed to wobble. While the floor's tiles might have played a roll, the difference is much more notieable on this chair than other chairs in the same office. the adjustable feet help, but it isn't a bulletproof solution. Overall I got 1 and I don't think I would get another unless I specifically wanted to match it.

This is the perfect waiting chair for my husband as he likes to work in his room with his stamp collections and he is comfortable all day while working on his hobby. The install was fairly easy as it came with all of the parts (instruction manual, screws, & hex key). The instruction manual was pretty much self-explanatory and easy to build. The chair is sturdy yet, strong and comfortable when sitting on it. The cushion is thick and with sturdy leather. The whole chair with the legs and arms are made of metal. I fully recommend.
