Great product
I've been taking prebiotics for some time now and gave this product a try and have been happy with it so far. It's been helping with my sleep as well, which has been an added benefit. It's easy to mix into liquids and the flavor is unnoticeable.

I like that this product is able to blend easily with any drink and you can't detect any different tastes or textures after it's included.The only issue I had was that the little spoon to scoop was not at the top of my jar (I actually thought there wasn't one until I saw the other review here) so I've been struggling with portioning the supplement. Other than that, the jar is nice and sturdy (I dropped it by accident from a high counter and it didn't break) and the supplement itself seems to be a nice complement to my diet.

Great Supplement
Easy to use and helped with more regular and consistent bowel movements.The “spoon” is quite small and is included buried in the supplement. I added it with water and it was easy to mix/drink daily.There weren’t any adverse tastes or flavors.

Im a mom of 3 kids and recently had my last baby. Probiotics has been really important to me since Im breastfeeding. I cannot tell in numbers but this product helped me with my #2activity!Just little thing to add, there is little spoon inside of it. Don't use your big adult spoon to take it like me 🤣
