Many chargers out there charge in series which means they only charge One battery at a time even when you have multiple batteries in the charger it won't move on to the next battery until one is charged. This charger charges two batteries at the same time along with your controller. Great investment worth the extra money.

100W actually charges 3 batteries at the same time! And 65w will charge 2 in parallel. I have the Mini 4 Pro Plus, with 3 of the 45-minute batteries. I can basically keep my drone in the air with this. USB-C input means I can charge in the car, from a phone battery, or with any USB-C PD power source. NOTE: even if you have another "100w" charger, make sure it outputs 100w on a SINGLE USB-C port - most don't - THIS ONE DOES.

Better than the unit that comes with the DJI. Does charge about three times faster but only one battery at a time. When connected to a higher-powered watt source this alternate unit charges both batteries at once faster than the three charger port or the original supplied charger.

The "LKTOP 100W Mini 4 Pro/Mini 3 Series Battery Charging Hub" is a decent multi-battery charger for DJI Mini 4/3 Series batteries. Unlike the OEM model it doesn't charge the batteries serially but, instead, charges all three at the same time. It also has an additional USB port so that the DJI controller can also be charged. It's not the fastest charger on the market nor does it have a built in battery/charging block but given the cost it is a good choice for those who have sufficiently powerful charging blocks and don't want the added expense of buying one of the available models that run off of their own internal power blocks.The charger itself is comprised of 3 battery compartments in a rectangular plastic housing with a USB-C input for connection to your power block. There are indicator lights along the side of the housing to indicate charging status and also includes a USB-A port to connect your DJI controller if you wish to charge that at the same time. While it advertises as charging three batteries to 100% (without mentioning the initial charge percentage) within 72 minutes using a 100 Watt power block my experience was not that fast - although it is significantly faster than the serial charging of the OEM model. Charging was not as fast as my 4 battery charger with built in power bank but the cost difference makes this item a much less expensive alternative (especially if you already own a 100 Watt block).The unit also provides dual headlamps on the front face as well as an "alarm" feature. I'm not sure why either of these items are included as they only increase the manufacturing cost (albeit only slightly) without adding anything to the charging function (the alarm is not for total charge but for "situational safety." However, since they are part of the item their inclusion needed to be mentioned.The bottom line is that this is a much faster charger for 3 batteries than the OEM model. Whether it is worth the cost depends on whether a sufficient 100-W charger is already owned and, if not, how much you want to spend on such a charger. There are faster battery chargers for these batteries on the market which contain their own internal power sources and run off of AC power but these are more expensive than this model. Putting all this together means that this is a potentially cost effective method of faster battery charging for your DJI Model 4/3 series drones but a carfeyl time/cost compairson should be performed before purchasing.
