Disappointed with the Bracelet Quality – Needs Improvement
The media could not be loaded. I had previously purchased this same bracelet from Mesmerize and used it for almost eight months. The experience was excellent back then. Unfortunately, I lost it, so I reordered the same bracelet on 22nd March 2025. While the quality of the stones is still impressive and effective, the wire used this time is of extremely poor quality.Without any heavy or frequent use, the wire broke within a few days, making the bracelet unusable. This is truly disappointing and upsetting. It's unfortunate to face such an issue even after purchasing the same product for the second time.I sincerely request the company to consider using better-quality materials—such as rubber or stronger alternatives—instead of the current metal wire. While the stones are genuinely effective, the poor-quality wire compromises the overall value of the product.Please arrange a refund for my purchase or provide a replacement bracelet with improved wire quality. This is a humble request.

Product Quality issue & Irrelevant Warranty Claim assurance by Vendor.
Product string elastic wire is not good at all. Wire got broken within 10days of use.Even, what Vendor is Claiming of 06 month warranty is irrelevant.As, they are saying Scan the batch code for warranty registration. There is no Batch code recieved with the Product for Product registration for warranty purpose.It is wrong information being shared by Vendor on Amazon website & the product Quality is very Cheap & useless.I wasn't replacement of the product.Not, satisfied with the Claim of the vendor regarding product Quality.

Red jasper, It is worn out.Some gloss oynx stones are transparent.

Their steel core easily got broken in just 16days of use
It got broke in just 16days got this order in 26 march and today on 11april it got broke such a cheap quality. I gave my earnings for this quality?I want my money back please contact me 🙏🏻
