These are spectacular and you would never know they are gluten free. Perfect size, taste and texture.

My mom used to make my little pastas when I was sick. I had to go gluten-free 19 years ago and thought I would never get to have little pastas again. To be honest, I hadn't looked for them over the years, but when I recently found these I was so excited! Now I get to share a bit of my childhood with my kids. They are so good! perfect for soups or to devour with a little butter and salt.

I cook these in bone broth and add some garlic and Parmesan… so good and healthy!

This pasta is great for Gluten Free!! I have used it in many different dishes. Always a hit when this is used!

I have tried almost every other kind of gluten-free pasta, and this is by far the best! My whole family eats it without complaint. The texture, flavor, and consistency is wonderful.

I love jovial brand pasta, it's my go-to gluten-free brand. I tried these little star shapes for soups, to see if the pasta would hold up in broth for a prolonged period of time. It did not. The soup became very gloopy

Finally found a replacement for Fideo pasta that is celiac friendly. The kids loved it. They are big critics too. Ages 3 and 8.
