Fantastic AC. Have been using ACs for last 45 years. Have bought various brands. Bought godrej AC just bcoz of its great brand value. And the decision was correct. It's a fabulous AC and gives perfect cooling in short time. It's noise levels are very low. You don't realize that AC is ON. Just buy this as prices are reasonably low and there's warranty for next 5 years which is a terrific deal. There's good exchange values on old AC for exchange. All of this makes it an unbeatable deal. So go ahead and buy it.

Upon arrival, they insisted I purchase extra copper pipes from them without even assessing the actual requirement.3. They also demanded an additional charge of ₹350 for drilling one hole to mount the outdoor compressor stand. Despite this, the stand was not installed properly, and one of the screws was left loose.4. The indoor unit was also installed poorly, with an over 1-inch gap between the unit and the wall, which looks very bad and unprofessional.5. Worse, the indoor unit seems to have been damaged during installation, as it now produces a noticeable sound during operation.6. The behavior of the installation personnel was very rude and unprofessional, which made my family and I feel extremely uncomfortable.Given this experience, I would not recommend purchasing such products through Amazon, as they appear to have little control over the quality and professionalism of their service teams.Poor installation can lead to serious issues or even safety hazards at home.

Good product , i am writing the review after one year of run. This product is budget friendly , less electricity consumption , good brand service/warranty, excellent colling in medium size room. 4.5 - 5 start from my side.

Pros:1. Good AC, faster cooling2. Cheap compared to other brands3. 5 years comprehensive warrantyCons:1. Outdoor unit has no protective coatings on the fins... Other brands provide them.2. Remote has no backlight3. Not happy with installation services in North Kolkata region. First I paid to Amazon INR 1500/- for installation. Day before installation, amazon sent me technicians name, but they cancelled everytime. At last I had to cancel Amazon installation services and called Godrej for installation.They sent two young inexperienced boys who didn't even know how to connect stabilizer with AC. After watching YouTube videos, they agreed to install it.The installation team overcharged. They prepared one invoice with GST, and took extra money by saying some services are not offered by Godrej and they are doing them privately. That's why those are charged without bill. These included vacuum service, drain water pipe, and stabilizer setup.I realised now that brands actually offer too many models, each having their own sets of pros and cons. I actually dislike this model's remote without backlight option. This is very irritating for me especially during night. It has many features, all are provided by other brands too.

Product is very good. More reliable and power consumption is less as well.

This is not at all rocommended, I've never seen any worse product than this. The A.C. itself stop working on it's on just 15 days after ordering it and when ai posted a complaint the service guy for-of-all didn't came on the first few calls and tried delaying it and when he came he told that the motor if the AC was faulted just a few days after ordering and assembling itEven the service center is as poor as it can be . Not at all pay attention to the customer service and customer pleaseing . After trying to contact them for like a week now there is no reliable help .
