I have celiac disease and these are a god send to have.

These are a pleasant taste and pretty cool! Early days on their health benefit, but great idea for those who do not enjoy taking tablets. Especially as probiotics seem to always come in huge tablets!The actual supplement is a small tab that dissolves on your tongue in a few seconds. Great for travel as they come as individual sachets and you get a little tin for storage and clear instructions too.They give the impression of a very well thought out quality item, that has also been over designed. It seems a bit too much packaging compared to a simple tub of pills. I guess that’s why only really appealing to those who do not like taking tablets.

Really like these - so easy to take. However I do wish it had arrived via DPD and actually ended up at some obscure post office to be collected by me.

This small tin of Diso Hapi Tum - Digestive Enzyme Supplements with Probiotics are suppose to be a convenient way to take a probitic as they dissolve on your tongue. They are also supposed to be berry flavoured but I don't agree with any of those statements, as the second I put it in my mouth it stuck straight to the roof of my mouth like glue and because it was slowly dissolving it's can't be removed. It turns into this gummy, glue like cement that tastes more like gelatin than the berry it states. It takes a solid minute or two to disperse and leaves you with a sticky feeling in your mouth and a horrible after taste. It's definitely not for me, sadly.

I hadn't come across these before and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They come in a well designed metal tin which holds the individually wrapped tabs. They remind me of the old listerine tabs if anyone remembers those!However, unlike those, the taste of these isn't the best and each has a strong artificial flavour that unfortunately lingers long after they've dissolved. Although if you struggle with pills then these will be a huge boon. I can see these being particularly useful for kids who can't/won't swallow pills.I can't comment on the efficacy of the product as I didn't really notice a difference but maybe I wasn't deficient beforehand?For me the cost of these is quite high but probably comparable to buying probiotics/vitamins in pill form. Overall, a nice idea and neatly packaged with a few drawbacks.
