This charger worked fine for the first month or two, but in the last month it developed a fault that made it unasable. The charger now rapidly flicks itself on and off, and flashed the 'overcharge' warning.I noticed some condensation inside the screen so I suspect it got some water inside of it. Judigng by the fact that this charger was £20 cheaper than all the others I assume the IP rating is not legit, or not as high as stated.TLDR:It's crap, don't trust it.

Product worked well until it rained. Got condensation inside the touch screen panel then stopped working. Unable to contact seller to get repair or replacement when though has 1 year warranty.

Yes, I agree, it's not all that. But: So long as you keep it in the dry (like inside the garage) and you don't want to change the charge current or delay time too often, then it works just fine. Been using it for about 4 months and it's still going strong.NB. It is just about one of the cheapest options out there. So, as long as you keep it dry, it'll probably prove to be good value for money !

Ok for occasional use but absolutely not waterproof first time used when it rained over night and even though the unit was under vehicle out of direct contact of rain it suffered water ingress. The water on screen is under the screen inside unit. Consequences are firstly reluctant to use it as don’t know how much moisture is inside and also the timer delay changes by itself presume because of moisture on circuit.

This charge cable only lasted 8 weeks, being used only twice a week. There is absolutely no way of contacting the supplier, Amazon is no help, the advert made a big deal about offering 12 months warranty with unconditional replacement.

I only actually managed to get this charger to work twice on charging my car . Absloute waste of money . Doesn't matter how many times myself or hubby try setting it and still nothing . Power is going into box but just will not charge the car . Also the return policy is disgusting. It actually seems more of a scam purchase

The E V charger is bought from your website won't work on time delay,please can you help or change the ev charger ,thank you.

Worked for a couple of months then failed. Outside of returns window so I'm stiffed. NOT a good buy.
