Does not work, went by the directions, tried rock salt and regular salt, never turned into a slushy. According to the directions you should only run the machine for 40 mins at most to not kill the motor, but it is supposed to be a slushy in 15-20 mins. Only turns out to be a cold drink

The media could not be loaded. It is the perfect size for at home use. The machine comes with very clear cut easy to follow set of instructions. It is also easy to clean afterwards. I store my metal cup in a zip lock in the fridge. The consistency comes out better if you also pre chill the syrup. What we have in the cup is still great consistency even with us forgetting ro do that part.

This slushie maker is pretty neat. It does take some getting used to,it's loud! If you follow the directions you will get perfect slushie everytime. Not sure if you can use other syrups but that's the dow side I found, the syrups are pricey for what you get! The price of the machine is a bit steep for what it does IMO. But if you're looking for a fun easy machine, this is it.

This didn’t work. Had to return it and get a refund. It tells u that it should work in 45 mins but it also says not to have it running over 30-45 mins. After 45 mins passed it still wasn’t turning the ice to slushy. Smh. Returned it right away for my money back.

Poor quality parts!!!!!! Cannot find any parts to replace so unable to fix it , only used it six times, not very happy after paying the price I paid for it!
