I have been using these for about a month and I love them. They are extremely sharp and great for cutting up meat, from large cuts to small cuts of meat. I wash them immediately after using them and keep them oiled with blade oil and hung on a magnetic strip on the wall. My only warning is BE CAREFUL because these things are very sharp. If you keep them cleaned and oiled I believe these will last me a very long time.

I use these almost every day making salads, cutting meat and veggies, cut well and good feel, if used regular need a sharping tool, cause after a few weeks you feel the difference. It's not the expensive knife range but good quality for the price range, they work well but only chop meat with bone the cleaver knife! That's from experience.

OK... I purchase 2 sets of these and they are beautiful and the design is top notched. One went to the youngest daughter and the other my dad. They love them they love to cook and said that he knifes were very sharp but was light weight.
