GIVI DLM30 Monokey Case

Small but for me it's perfect fit. I didn't want the big box so I got this one. Had to buy a GIVI mount but it fit right on. I also got a small soft bag that mounts to the case. Fits my needs.

I've had this for a good while now and have ridden at least a 1k miles with it. it is sturdy and holds up. like all things you have to account for the weight on the rear so even if you don't have that much in it will still ride differently but you really wont tell unless you pay close attention or go 80+MPH starts to get a little squirrely and I had to move my weight more towards the front wheel. but at lower speeds there is no difference. also this bike was not really designed for it but hey. it can hold a decent size lunch box and a change of close or a decent amount of items for a weekend adventure. it mounts easy and can be removed just as easy. the helmet is a medium in the picture. I'm not to worried about it not being able to store the helmet as I usually just carry it or mount on the side but I do put my jacket, gloves, shoes, etc. in the case. so far I have not had any issues with water getting I the case my morning commute to work starts around 5am while there is still some heavy moisture in the air on some days after a rain night. I took a duffle bag strap(s) that has hooks on it and now I have a better way to carry it either shoulder strap or had straps to make it easier to and from.

This is a heavy duty box and when you put stuff in it, it greatly raises the center of gravity on your motorcycle, which negatively effects handling. Although the quality is very good, I am sorry I bought it. I have since switched to soft luggage which sits much lower on the bike. Lesson learned.

I love this case. the look, the locking, the materials. but, it leaks after riding in the rain for 30 min. I have isolated the leak to the seal between the lower part of case and the upper. the lid seal is fine. see pic for detail. I'm going to just seal it with silicone but a GIVI should NOT leak at this price point. Amazon seller offered to send new seals instead of allowing me to return but this thing is pop riveted! poor service from my perspective. But I like the case and I need to use it this winter in Oregon so I will just fix it. buyer beware.

Low profile. Works with givi monokey system. I like that it has a lower profile than other top cases.

Nice box. I installed it and the key works smoothly and construction is high quality. Not to mention it looks nice. Expensive but worth it!

Weighs just under 10lbs, perfect top/side case for my DR650 and CB500X. I got 2 of these. On the bike, it feels so much lighter than Givi Trekker 46 liter cases. Can strap mount sleeping bags, camping chairs, etc, on top easily & securely.

Schlösser und Scharniere sind bei diesem massiv Aluminium-Topcas außen angebracht, nicht wie sonst üblich verdeckt innen. Die aufgenietete, kräftige Aluminiumumrandung ist gerade soweit entgratet, dass man keine Schnittverletzung bekommt. Genau wie die Kantenbänder aus Kunststoff findet man offen Bereiche, in denen sich Dreck und Wasser sammeln kann. Das Schloss ist solide aber schwergängig. Insgesamt ist das Topcase mehr für die Wüsten- oder Dschungeltour gebaut, als für den Alltagseinsatz. Kann sicherlich aufgrund der Stabilität auch zum Motorrad aufbocken genutzt werden.Nur drei Sterne wegen der nicht abgedichteten Ritzen, der schlechten Entgratung und des schwergängigen Schlosses. Ich behalte es lediglich, da ich kein anderes, ausreichend solides in dieser Größe gefunden habe.Lieferung: das erste Topcase ging auf dem Versandweg verloren, es wurde aber umgehend und absolut problemlos von Amazon eine Ersatzlieferung geleistet. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank. Allerdings hat mich die Verpackung echt geschockt. Das sich in einem sehr kräftigen, mit Styropor gepolsterten Schutzkarton befindliche Topcase befand sich zusätzlich in einem Givi-Versandkarton. Dieser wiederum steckte in einem ausgepolsterten Amazon-Versandkarton. Wer also einen Karton in Größe eines kleinen Kühlschranks erhält, nicht erschrecken. Es ist sicherlich keine Fehllieferung sondern tatsächlich das bestellte Topcase.Da ich hier nur das Topcase bewerte, gibt es drei Sterne. Für die Art der Verpackung würde es null geben, denn man hätte einfach den Givi-Karton umlabeln können. Wobei der Schutzkarton alleine sicherlich insgesamt ausreichen würde und hier bestimmt zwei Drittel Verpackungsmüll gespart hätte.

A mala tem uma qualidade excelente e é muito bonita.Assenta excelentemente na Honda Forza 750.Muito pratica para circular na cidade e também fora dela, já que permite acoplar mais bagagem através do uso de fitas que se prendem na própria mala

Mi pare ben fatta, per quello che l'ho usata pare impermeabile. a tenuta. Forse la maniglia sarebbe stata utile (non come accessorio). La serratura è un po' dura da girare. Solo l'uso dirà se è un buon acquisto, le premesse ci sono.Arrivata in ritardo rispetto alle previsioni, ma probabilmente perché c'erano le feste di natale e Covid.
