So much relief
I bought these to keep myself from scratching my oak mite bites it while also giving me some relief from the discomfort. The sleeves are perfect. They fit very comfortably and are a bit compressive without feeling like it’s something that I can’t wear consistently. They also got cold really fast so I didn’t have to wait too long to be able to wear them. I wish I could’ve been a little bit cheaper as I’ve spent so much money trying to get comfortable with my current condition. However, they are certainly affordable and worth the money.

Very effective for elbow pain
The S/M is ideal for an average sized elbow. It provides a snug fit with surrounding cold therapy that is almost impossible (or at least very inconvenient) to create using standard ice packs. It comes out of the freezer very cold but, as others have noted, it does seem to warm a bit faster than other ice packs. I get a good 6 - 8 minutes out of it at very cold temperatures with another few minutes of cool which is enough to calm down my tennis elbow as needed.

Cold Compression
The only negative is it doesn't stay cold for very long,but overall I love it! I have thick thighs and calfs and this sleeve went on with perfection. It wasn't to tight ot to loose, it was literally a perfect fit. I had knee replacement surgery and when I would wear it,it sootherd thae pain. I always put it on right before bed- feel asleep everytime. It also helps with compression, so that was great.The material is soft,stretchy and overall comfortable.

Works excellent
LIKES: Its comfortable and easy to use. Gets cold within three hours. Does not burn skin. DISLIKES: Takes a while to heat up when cold unless it's at room temperature. Recommended.

A must have for post surgery
Got this while in recovery from knee surgery. I probably wouldn’t have used this in the first two weeks or so when everything was really fresh, but now three weeks later when I’m able to remove the brace at times and move around a bit more, this thing is a game changer!! It’s so much more convenient than the ice machine, that’s only really helpful when I’m sitting down and this sleeve is so comfortable.I would size up if you’re unsure. I got the xxl size bc I’m a bit bigger and definitely would not have wanted a smaller size
