I am truly surprised. This actually is working. I hae tried several differnt bunion products and none seem to help. My bunions, which the doctor verified, are a bit smaller and toe is better alined. I wear each night and gradually increased tightness. I can now wear for about 3-4 hours. It does take time to learn how to adjust it and for foot to allow you to wear it for longer durations. I woul buy again.

Let me preface this review by pointing out that this is my first time posting a picture with a review, and it’s of my gnarly looking foot/toes. That alone is a testimonial to how much I like these!I have bunions on both feet. Had surgery for it about 15 years ago, but gradually they’ve been coming back. I wanted something that would pull my big toe away, not something that would sit between my big toe and second toe to separate them. My second toe is right where it should be, It’s my big toe that’s the troublemaker.I’ve tried several products to do this, The best I found prior to this were the “bunion splints” (black velcro, wraps around big toe, arch, and back of heel). They do work to pull the big toe away, but I couldn’t get the level of stretch that I wanted, and they gradually allow the toe to move back. So I searched again, looking for something that might give a bigger stretch and hold it there until I took it off. I’d never seen this style before, and my first thought was wow that looks uncomfortable, but in theory it seemed like it might work so I ordered two to try (so I could do both feet at the same time).My thoughts: first of all, it’s just as comfortable as the black velcro style in my opinion, probably because it has really nice gel padding that goes against the foot so none of the hard pieces are touching the foot. I can get a HUGE amount of stretch and it’s totally adjustable, tiny click by click, like tightening a zip tie. I pull mine as tight as I can get it (by hand anyway - I bet I could get it even tighter pulling with pliers, but no need to get carried away LOL) and as you can see by the picture, it’s really pulling that big toe out (without it, my big toe Is starting to overlap my second toe). I can feel the stretch, but there is no discomfort. and unlike a zip tie, you can just easily let off some of the tension.I’ve only been using it for a few days, so I can’t say if these are actually correcting anything, but at the very least I feel with regular use it could stop the great big toe migration from progressing any further.And if you’re wondering if you can walk around with them on, you can. I wear them any time I’m going to be sitting or laying down, and I’m fine to get up and walk around the house barefoot or in flip flops. And unlike the black velcro kind, they hold their position while I do that. I’m not going to walk a lot, it’s a little awkward, but I don’t have to take them off every time I get up.

I’m surprised by how well this works to provide some relief. I know that surgery is the only way to fix bunions, but this is a great alternative for me for now. I’ve tried others - yoga toes, other splints - and this has been the best.

Ok. Somehow my review disappeared as I was writing. So writing again.Do not buy.Bcoz it doesn't have a heel strap.So it keeps slowly wiggling OFF foot forward. And so easy to just slide off your foot.And also becos there's no heel strap to prevent it from falling off the feet - it also starts to shift sideways.Basically - this thing doesn't stay on your foot.Dammit! It was so expensive! $60!I didn't notice that it didn't have the MOST important heel strap that will keep it in place.I'm literally so pissed right now!

I was glad to get this, and I read many of the reviews before doing so. The directions were well written and there are videos of how to use this product available online. Once I got it on and adjusted it, I could see how it was going to work. You can walk around with it on, but it is not made to do that. I put it on a couple hours before I went to bed every night. After 10 nights of wearing, it to bed, I noticed the difference as to how my big toe was aligned. It was working, and my toe was slowly re-aligning back into position along with the rest of my foot. You can adjust the corrector into many positions, not just with the ratchet, but by loosening the velcro and adjusting the portion over your forefoot. This corrector was a game changer for me, and I hope it can do the same for you.

I am happy with my purchase…this is a great bunion corrector. It is easily adjustable to support the needs of your bunion. I wear it at night for a few hours, but you can also walk around the house. I’ve purchased several different bunion “correctors”, but this one is the most helpful tool to try and straighten your toe/bunion… I do have to say it helps with pain if you are on your feet, like I am for 12 hours.I definitely recommend trying this product if you have a bunion, but are trying to avoid surgery.

I used it but wearing for a long period of time it hurts. Unable to wear my slippers with it but other than that it help with the pain and I guess I have to keep using it to see results.
