Product quality is good. Colour is also suitable for home, it doesn't look odd. You can go for it. Price is little high compared to others but that's due to better material and matal steps with antiskid wrap. Go for it.

The media could not be loaded. I have received the damaged product even package was in tact. Tried numerous times to contact company but efforts was in vein, request for refund but still same isn’t processed and released.Look wise product is amazing but usage I doubt as received product was not great.

The ladder is very useful. It is handy, small. You can carry it easily. It has good quality except the footrest. The footrest could be of better quality. It seems to be of a cheap plastic. Overall it is a good to have item.
