I will admit that being enraged by skincare products that hold themselves out to be Korean skincare when they are, in fact, not...is maybe an overreaction. But, to me, Korean skincare are worth any premium and I hate feeling duped by a product that pretends to be something it's not. So, I was very much relieved to see that this APLB facial cream is, indeed, manufactured in Korea.I used salicylic products when I was a teenager and had bad skin, but haven't really used anything with salicylic after I outgrew puberty. I was a little worried it would dry out my skin, but I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturized it left my skin. It has no scent and absorbs quickly. It's also super reasonable as well.

Lightweight moisturizer that isn’t heavy or greasy. Doesn’t leave behind an oily or sticky residue. Absorbs quickly. I have noticed my skin looking brighter, and I feel more comfortable leaving the house without makeup.

This cream is light and has a nice scent. I do notice some difference on my skin texture. I got it because some of the ingredients were recommend it to me by a friend. I didn't have any reaction to it which I had with other facial creams. I don't use it every single day but still have notice a difference. I like it.

I have used multiple products from the APLB Korean skin care brand and all of them are great including this one. First of all, it is completely fragrance feee and has no smell to it. I love the good ingredients that check out as clean on the EWG site and it does not irritate my very sensitive, eczema prone skin. It has salicylic acid, which has completely revolutionized my skin, and I am a big fan of. The cream itself is a dream, it is very easy to apply and although it is thin, it is very moisturizing. You can feel a hydrating layer that absorbs fully after some time and leaves your skin feeling great, with no film or stickiness or anything, just lovely dewy skin. It layers beautifully over as many serums as you want to put on. You can’t go wrong with this skin brand, but I think this is my favorite cream of theirs to date.

[EDIT] I'm now on my 6th tub of this moisturizer. I LOVE IT. But my most recent tub is really thin in texture to the point the moisturizer slides right off my fingers. Its more like an essence or milky serum in texture. I'm also suddenly having the worst and most painful cystic acne breakout I've had in years! I know that correlation doesn't always equal causation - but regardless - my new tub is not the same and does not perform the same. I really hope it was just a bad batch.Original review:This is a very hydrating and cosmetically elegant gel cream formula that's sensitive skin friendly. It doesn't make me oily or break out, keeps my skin hydrated, feels very soothing, and plays well with other skincare and makeup. IlI use tret and it still doesn't irritate my skin. Fragrance free. Highly recommend.
