I don’t see any noticeable difference with my sleep. Best to go with 10mg Melatonin gummies form Nature’s Best.

I had tried the cans of Som Sleep some time back and they seemed to provide me with a better night's sleep than without. I stopped buying them because the price jumped like 50% overnight. I recently have been having more issues falling asleep, felt it was worth looking into Som Sleep again and can no longer find cans of the product anywhere. So, I bought the powder. It's got to provide the same results, right? Nope! This product does ZERO in helping me fall asleep. Not even a little. In fact, some nights I think I would have been better off not drinking it at all.So disappointed.

Quality consistent taste. Solid proprietary blend that isn’t a knockout but gets you eased into sleep. I mix mine with pomegranate cherry juice but that’s just a personal preference
