This is a very good mobile & excellent value , fast delivery!! Bad points are , the camera is really bad, u can't foreward messages to multiple contacts,etc.

I ordered this phone for my 94-year-old mother-in-law to use as she had struggled to operate her last mobile phone. I am pleased to say that she can operate it: she is able to see the big screen easily and the large numbers are easy for her to see and to operate.The SOS function on the back is a great addition and might prove invaluable. The button was easy to feel for and easy to press in. When the SOS button is pressed it emits an audible siren, which would also be handy if she had a fall in the garden and was in earshot of a neighbour. There are extra features which involve a camera and a radio but it was not worth confusing her with extra features; the phone and SOS button are more than adequate for her needs. The torch is a great addition, too: it is easy to operate and would provide a good light for emergencies.There was just one little niggle. I found the nano sim a little hard to place because I was concerned about breaking the metal clip, I was also concerned about removing the back of the phone to install the sim and battery, as it felt a bit flimsy. But for the price, this is a great assurance that an older person can operate the phone with relative ease, and that my mother-in-law now has a means to get help if required.

I loved this 400 phone but when the battery failed after two days I sent it back and ordered another. This time the battery lasted a couple of weeks and then suddenly died. I have looked at the alternative similar artphone the 500 reviews and people are reporting the same issue; a cheap bad battery that fails. Where is the progress we are all told about when so little you buy these days works or lasts?
