It is value for money product, as good as any other branded mattress. It's was nicely packed and delivered, sleep quality is quite good.,nice colour and honey comb design.

I had recently ordered mattress from Loom and Needles. Initially, I was not sure about the size and quality when I had ordered. Today I got the delevery and I was amazed to see that the delivery happened before the committed date and packaging was really awesome. Received the mattress without any damage. After opening the package, mattress expanded on its own and was a perfect fit to my bed, very easy to lift and arrange as well. I'm really amazed with quality and comfort of the design from Loom and Needles matress compared to other brands. Pricing is best in class. I would definitely recommend to go for this product with out any second thoughts.

I recently tried the LOOM & NEEDLES Orthopedic Mattress, and my experience has been mixed. One side of the mattress is quite comfy and provides a nice level of support, making it great for a good night's sleep. However, the flip side is rock hard, which can be uncomfortable if you're not used to a firmer surface. This dual comfort feature is meant to cater to different preferences, but I found the contrast between the two sides to be quite extreme. Overall, it’s a decent mattress if you prefer options, but make sure to choose the side that suits your sleeping style best!

I purchased the 78*36 size.The actual rating although 4.5🌟.Pros:1. Dual Comfort, Medium Firm and Medium Soft.2. Both sides cover are different in texture.3. Medium Firm is quite comfortable and helpful to resolve the back pain problem.Cons:1. Although it’s dual comfort but medium soft is very softer than the medium firm. So sometimes it’s quite uncomfortable for relaxing and recovering from back pain problems. And may be for the much softer finish it’s can be the reason for back pain.2. The cover texture and cover fabric quality of medium soft side is not as good as the medium firm side. It makes feel more comfortable but the fabric stretched out due to the quality issue within 2 months.Verdict: I got the product for ₹3200.00 and this completely worth the value. And I wish it had both sides of Medium Firm, this side is quite good and comfortable.
