I got this sausage casing to try and make our own Hungarian sausages!! We love the sausages here but are really missing the taste from home :) They are edible sausage casings safe and non-toxic, It comes in a vacuum sealed package. You can make a lot of sausages with this pack. I would suggest and really pay attention to the instructions to avoid breaking of your casing. Will update once I made the sausages. Gave it a 4 star because we havent tried it yet but cant wait!" Bought Fairsky's edible sausage casing 6 months ago when I had ambitious plans to make some sausage.... well i didn't get around to it until last weekend. Worked just as well as natural casing, and tastes good too. Easy to work with, and didn't have any issues being stored for half a year.

Easy to use
I’ve used natural casing before and found them very easy to tear. These ones were much more consistent in thickness and texture and much less prone to tearing. I was able to fill all my sausages with not a single ripped casing. They do come dried but are easy to rehydrate, and I had much more casing than I needed. I made extra batches and still had more casing than I could possibly use. I imagine if I thought ahead I could have left part of it dehydrated and saved it, but I wasn’t so forward thinking. Still, a great value even if I couldn’t use all of it.

As described and should work great
As a homesteader, making sausage at home is a great family tradition. Plus, we know exactly what goes into our sausage and we can make it to our liking. This tube of casing, arrived vacuum sealed and should fit perfectly on the sausage horn.The description for this size casing, says it will make 15 pounds of sausage. This is perfect for us, as we have a 15 pound sausage stuffer. It is a match made in heaven. If something goes wrong with the casing, I'll come back and post it. The description is right on, with what I received.
