Good product. Makes my hair grow faster.

I'm using to help thicken my hair. I lost so much hair after the birth of my daughter, and these are definitely helping me lose less. My hair seems thicker, and less is falling out.

You can open the capsules and there is no bad taste. It stopped my nails from splitting and delaminating. Price is excellent for what you get.

I tried a "hair" vitamin, which is a multi with extra biotin, and while I felt like I was leaving less hair in my brush, it didn't seem to do a whole lot. When I ran out I bought this biotin. I've been taking it a couple weeks and honestly I haven't noticed much more of a change with the hair, but my nails look fabulous. Strong and long and very white. I didn't notice any change in my nails with the other product (same potency).

I have noticed a positive change in the health and strength of my hair and nails.

Taking this supplement, Biotin (B7) gave me heartburn, stomach upset and it increased my appetite.
